Guidelines, consent records, reviewer training and quality reporting are not overhead around the work. They are the work, and they decide whether a dataset is worth using.
Who we are
NewAgeSolution is based in AD 77D, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi-110088 and works with product and research teams in India and abroad. We started because too many projects were stalling on the same problem: plenty of data, very little of it usable.
Our core team handles guidelines, review and delivery. Around it sits a contributor network across regions and languages, which is what lets us collect material that reflects the people a product will actually serve.

How we operate
Consent comes first
Nobody contributes data without knowing what it is for, how long it is kept and how to withdraw it. Records are retained and can be produced on request.
Write it down
Guidelines, sourcing notes and quality reports exist for every project. If a decision cannot be explained later, it was not made properly.
Pay contributors fairly
Rates are agreed in advance, paid on approval, and set against the actual value of the work rather than the lowest figure someone will accept.
Report the numbers
Sampled accuracy and reviewer agreement ship with each delivery, including the batches that fell short and what we did about them.
