Information we collect
From website visitors we collect only what you send us: your name, email address and the content of your message when you contact us. From contributors we collect the material agreed in the project brief, such as recordings, photographs or written text, along with the details needed to pay you and to record your consent.
Why we collect it
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes
- To deliver agreed data services to clients
- To pay contributors and keep the records that tax rules require
- To prove that consent was given for each contribution
Consent
Contributors read a plain language release before any capture begins. It names the purpose, the categories of use permitted, the retention period and the route for withdrawal. Consent records are stored against each contribution and can be produced during an audit.
Storage and access
Project data is held in access controlled storage, available only to team members assigned to that project. Transfers to clients use agreed secure channels. Where a client requires it, we work entirely inside the client environment and hold no copy ourselves.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods are set in the project agreement. When the period ends, or when a contributor withdraws, we remove the data from our active systems and notify the client so that downstream copies can be removed under the terms of that agreement.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to connect@newagesolution.in and we will respond within thirty days. If you contributed to a project, tell us roughly when, which helps us locate the records faster.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or cross site tracking. Any analytics we run is limited to aggregate page counts and carries no profile of you as an individual.
